**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance activities of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical industrial systems, as well as leadership experience in a maintenance management role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, ensuring that production goals are met.
  • Manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and services.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring that expenses are within allocated limits.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience maintaining mechanical and/or electrical industrial systems.
  • 3 years of maintenance management or leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of plant equipment, operations, predictive/preventative maintenance systems, and effective project management practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to identify the root cause of problems and effectively initiate immediate corrective action.
