Job Summary:
Crossfuze is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Business Development: Proactively seek new sales opportunities within existing customer base, develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and manage the sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Account Growth: Develop and implement plans to increase revenue and expand customer relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and developing value-based propositions.
- Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with Crossfuze leadership to negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales, relationship, and/or project management experience
- 5+ years of IT Managed Services Experience or IT Management experience
- Ability to communicate, mentor, teach, and explain concepts at multiple levels with the capability to extract the business value related to the proposed solutions
- Experience meeting and exceeding business deadlines established, creating professional proposals and executive summaries for clients
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Background and/or certifications in ITIL with the ability to understand and rationalize data within ITIL framework preferred
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of this position, the employee will work either remotely (home office) or in an office environment as needed/determined
- Occasional local travel to customer sites

Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $60,000-$90,000 annually plus commission. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
