Job OpportunityQuality Manufacturing Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our team in LaVergne, TN. As a key member of our automation controls team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing custom high-end systems for our global customers.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop machine controls for industrial automation, integrating with manufacturing execution systems.
  • Work on automated pharmacies, first-tier automotive manufacturing plants, process control, and packaging systems.
  • Collaborate with customers during project development, deployment, and support.
  • Employ best practices for existing and new projects, working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel frequently for project work, including remote installations.
Requirements
  • Electrical and controls drawings skills.
  • Experience with industrial power systems, including field start-up and commissioning.
  • AutoCAD and PLC programming experience.
  • Solid Works experience is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively present technical information and respond to questions.
  • Interest in a long-term home with QMSI in LaVergne, TN.
