Responsibilities- Provide competent clinical nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety and respect.
- Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification.
- One (1) year of nursing experience.
