About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to join our team as a Jewelry Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products, driving sales and meeting the unique needs of each customer.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, maximize sales performance, and deliver an unparalleled experience for every guest.
  • Work towards personal goals while contributing towards team goals and the overall success of the store.
  • Train and mentor new team members, share expertise, and provide and receive feedback.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends.
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer
  • A competitive base pay range of $25 to $30, with opportunities for performance-based increases.
  • A team bonus program that can range from zero to $350 per week for every member of the store team.
  • An individual sales performance bonus program, with annual bonuses ranging from $2,000 to $50,000 based on individual performance.
