Position Overview

The Youth Services Program Manager will oversee our Before and After School Care program, which operates across multiple elementary schools. We are looking for qualified individuals who are dedicated to the development and well-being of children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans that cater to the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social development of children.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for all participants.
  • Foster positive communication with families, children, and staff.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Program Aides.
