Key Responsibilities- Cost Management: Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure the efficient and effective execution of our contracts.
- Schedule Estimation and Tracking: Create and manage project schedules to meet government requirements and deadlines.
- Contract Performance Management: Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our contracts to ensure successful outcomes.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct thorough requirements analysis to ensure that our contracts meet government needs and expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that our contracts meet the highest standards of quality.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for government officials, contractors, and other stakeholders, providing timely and transparent communication on contract status and issues.
- Experience: Fifteen (15) years of experience as a program or project manager in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Certifications: Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certification in Program Management.
- Clearance: Must possess active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance to be considered for this role.
