About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Topcon Positioning Group. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.
- Develop and manage new and existing dealers in the Construction/Geo-Positioning market.
- Assist dealers in providing sales training to their staff in Topcon technology and products.
- Develops and executes a sales plan to meet/exceed an assigned quota.
- Prospects for new dealers and works with dealers to demonstrate products.
- Prepares proposals and attends trade shows.
- Performs other duties as required, with 50% travel required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Construction Technology, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience and training.
- 2-5 years of business-to-business sales experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A self-starter who can work independently.
- Personable and able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Sales-focused with strong communications skills.
- Knowledge of the construction industry and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
