The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, financial reporting, and wage garnishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage full cycle payroll for 1000+ employees using ADP and Workday.
- Support accounting with the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
- Handle wage garnishments and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Proven experience in managing payroll for 500+ employees.
- Proficiency in ADP and Workday payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management.
$38.00 to $46.00 per hour
