Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partner onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration with our business
  • Lead a team of partner operations specialists to deliver end-to-end partner support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to execute partner promotional activities and ensure timely delivery of partner codes
  • Manage partner relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Requirements
  • Significant experience in partner operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong understanding of CRM/ERP tools and experience working with Salesforce
  • Experience working with affiliate networks and partner marketing
