Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support to ensure successful placements
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and negotiate commercial terms of business and rates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants to ensure their success and growth within the company
  • Participate in proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business opportunities
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruitment or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and recruitment, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools, such as Zoominfo and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
