About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Attack Analyst to join our team at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL). As an Electronic Attack Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating the impact of electronic attack on air combat missions, using advanced analysis tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent and team-based analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of electronic attack systems in simulated environments.
  • Provide technical expertise and innovation to support Department of Defense programs interested in electronic attack.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sponsors to provide context and influence decision-making.
  • Engage in independent research projects to develop creative solutions and drive initiative.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performing electronic attack analysis in simulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with government civilians, military officers, and other contractors.
  • Ability to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by start date and ultimately obtain Top Secret level clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or PhD degree in Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience using analysis tools such as AFSIM, Brawler, Suppressor, JIMM, or EADSIM for conducting mission-level survivability and effectiveness analysis with electronic attack elements.
  • Active Top-Secret security clearance.
