Job Title: RN- Analyst
Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, the RN- Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the transfer coordination and bed management applications within our electronic health record. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for EHR application integration with other clinical applications and information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support contact for the application's end-users.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise in their application area and impact other application teams.
- Guide workflow design, build, and test the system, and analyze technical issues associated with Epic software.
- Implement requested changes to the system.
- Serve as a liaison between end-users' workflow needs and Epic staff.
- Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives.
- Work with Epic representatives and organization stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs.
- Develop an understanding of operational needs to set the direction for workflows.
- Participate in training and work with end-users.
- Troubleshoot problems and questions.
- Review project status and issues with leadership.
- Participate in weekly communications with team members.
Required Skills:

Education and Experience:
- Registered Nurse, required.
- Two years House Supervisor/Bed Management experience, required.
- Attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
