  • Assist in the leasing process, including showing apartments and responding to resident inquiries
  • Support the Community Manager in enforcing property rules and conducting property inspections
  • Lead the overall happiness of the community by providing exceptional customer service and resolving resident concerns
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and implement resident retention strategies
  • Assist with accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working as an Assistant Property Manager or in a related role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving resident concerns
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Yardi or other property management software
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws

Benefits:

  • $28.00 per hour
  • Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm
