New Business Development Opportunity

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expansion in our industrial packaging business. As a New Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships, and delivering profitable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Find and engage potential new customers that align with our product portfolio
  • Cultivate and close deals to establish strong business relationships
  • Deliver meaningful and profitable unit sales and revenue growth
  • Manage relationships to consistently grow share of wallet year over year
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in an industrial space
  • Significant prior experience hunting for new business
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office products
  • Strong understanding of plant capacities, market demand, transportation, commodity movements, and margin calculations
Work Environment:

As a New Business Development Manager, you will be in the field 3-4 days a week, including overnight travel in your region as needed. We are particularly interested in candidates based in Ohio, Chicago, Dallas, New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.
