The Puget Sound Military Appointing Center is a centralized services center that serves as the primary point of contact for PSMHS beneficiaries for PAS, RMS, and CLRS as they seek healthcare services. This role is critical in our healthcare delivery system, requiring a skilled Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of the call center.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on contracts and metrics required
- Ensure on-site management attends weekly meetings with the Market Operations Management team
- Attend monthly meetings with each MTF and respective staff in functional areas, including PAS, RMS, and CLRS
- Travel to MTFs to interface with clinic leaders
- Ensure staff are familiar with basic medical terminology and Microsoft Office products used in PAS, RMS, and CLRS processes
- Provide annual refresher training to PAS, RMS, and CLRS agents
- Supervise on-site call center employees, resolve technical issues, and manage material and vendor requirements
- Report to higher management, communicate with the Client, and allocate resources effectively
- Ten years of management experience, with two years in a medical service setting
- Demonstrated experience working with senior personnel, Government employees, and contractors
- Ability to establish mission-oriented teams and resolve personnel issues
- Familiarity with performance management, quality control, accounting, and finance standards
- Working knowledge of military healthcare processes and health administration
