Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Shive Hattery Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on complex projects and program management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising project teams, comprising architects, engineers, and designers, on medium to large projects with a high degree of focus on federal, DOD, and civic projects.

The role requires a high degree of critical and creative thinking related to design processes, as well as a thorough understanding of architectural specifications, local, state, and federal building codes, life safety codes, and current ADA requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems, experience in designing projects of varying scale and complexity within the federal and civic sectors, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SpecLink, and Microsoft Office.
