Project Manager

Korsmo Construction is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Tacoma. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring project start-up, construction, and closeout documentation are accurate, timely, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide support to Project Managers and Superintendents
• Maintain and organize project records, contract documents, and project history
• Ensure all contract and client requirements are met or exceeded
• Assist project leadership in maintaining overall project safety
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
• Ability to interpret and understand design documents and specifications
• Understanding of construction law, project management practices, and essential building tasks and sequences
• Competency in MS Windows and MS Office365
What We Offer
Korsmo Construction offers a competitive salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our total rewards package includes meaningful work, development opportunities, and attractive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a retirement plan with matching contributions.
