Core Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the learning journey to meet curriculum objectives and implements individualized learning plans for students.

  • Encourages students to reach their highest potential through engaging classroom activities, assignments, and constructive feedback; maintains high expectations while being sensitive to varying readiness levels.

Job Objective: The primary aim of the Kindergarten Teacher is to inspire and empower students to realize their full potential. This role involves creating a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere where students feel valued, motivated, and challenged. The teacher will promote a love for learning, encourage critical thinking, and provide the necessary resources and guidance for student success.

Essential Skills and Competencies:

  • A valid teaching certificate with appropriate endorsements, in compliance with educational regulations.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with an alternative pathway that includes passing relevant certification exams.
