Chief Medical Officer

Community Health Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced physician to serve as its Chief Medical Officer. This key leadership position plays a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing the organization's clinical strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to CHS provider staff and develop clinical strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Chief Quality Officer to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and participate in the quality assessment and performance improvement program.
- Work with Clinical Directors to develop and ensure the achievement of strategic clinical and business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and engagement of clinical staff in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or other area related to primary care.
- At least 7 years' experience as a practicing clinician, including at least 5 years' of director or senior level leadership experience.
- Possess or be eligible to obtain a license to practice medicine in the State of Connecticut.
- Competitive compensation package with a range of $230,000 - $300,000.
