Job Description

As a key player in our B2B Enterprise sales division, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with businesses operating in the Creator Economy. This role demands a deep understanding of financial technology and/or financial sales within the Music Industry or Creator Economy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B Enterprise sales strategy that aligns with Mozaic's business objectives.
  • Cultivate relationships and generate qualified leads with potential enterprise clients.
  • Lead the negotiation and closing process for high-value deals, ensuring successful contract execution and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprise accounts.
  • Understand clients' business challenges and tailor Mozaic's financial solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Establish and achieve key performance indicators, including revenue targets, deal closure rates, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for enterprise clients.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of proven success in B2B Enterprise sales within FinTech and/or financial sales.
  • In-depth understanding of digital content creation and emerging trends in financial technology.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • A self-starter with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
