JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:


The Libraries Strategic Technologies Department is looking for several part-time positions for students to provide End-User Information Technology support.

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training for all responsibilities will be provided. Students from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply.


The starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with varying hours of duty. Applicants must be available to work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows, Mac, and printers.
  • Managing ticket assignments in our helpdesk system.
  • Preparing and updating devices for deployment.
  • Assisting users with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.

Qualifications:
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Be dependable and reliable.

Exhibit flexibility regarding scheduling.
