JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Libraries Strategic Technologies Department is looking for several part-time positions for students to provide End-User Information Technology support.
The starting pay is $12.50 per hour, with varying hours of duty. Applicants must be available to work 10-15 hours per week, scheduled between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows, Mac, and printers.
- Managing ticket assignments in our helpdesk system.
- Preparing and updating devices for deployment.
- Assisting users with our Virtual Reality and One Button Studio services.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Be dependable and reliable.
Exhibit flexibility regarding scheduling.
