About the Role

AEG is seeking a highly skilled Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our parking and transportation operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient management of our parking lots on event days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect parking lots multiple times throughout the day to ensure compliance with safety regulations and parking best practices.
  • Work closely with the Parking Manager to develop and implement effective traffic patterns for all guests.
  • Assist the Parking Manager with event day operations, including supervising and directing parking attendants, operating and monitoring parking systems, and enforcing employee parking programs.
  • Ensure event day checklists are completed and that the campus is set up and ready for events.
  • Report traffic incidents to the Parking Manager and perform traffic material/supply inventory.
  • Assist the Parking Manager with gathering information to respond to guest inquiries and investigate complaints/concerns.
  • Contribute to the continuous evaluation and adjustment of pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage programs.
Requirements
  • Ability to work extended hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, on-call status, and holidays, as necessary.
  • Working knowledge of parking best practices and safety regulations.
  • Ability to lead, give clear and concise direction, and anticipate problems to implement immediate corrective action.
  • Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred.
