Transportation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet and greet all guests upon arrival and provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage as required
* Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment and report any safety issues to the Operations Manager
* Transport passengers via a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations
* Maintain a clean and safe Shuttle at all times
* Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner
* Be aware of potential passengers and approach guests seeking assistance
* Record number of passengers and complete daily reporting as required
Requirements:
* At least 18 years of age
* Previous commercial driving experience preferred
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
* Ability to lift and carry customer luggage or personal items up to 50 lbs
