Your Role at ATI:


You will oversee patient-focused outpatient care, which includes crafting personalized care plans and guiding patients through all stages of physical therapy across various ATI clinic locations.

We prioritize compassionate and high-caliber care through a thorough, evidence-based, and tailored physical therapy approach, aimed at restoring patients to optimal functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

In your role supporting multiple ATI clinic locations, you will engage in evaluating patients, formulating individualized treatment strategies, and coordinating care with your support team and Clinic Director.

Daily tasks will include completing patient care documentation, progress reports, discharge summaries, and other necessary forms as required by referring physicians, rehabilitation nurses, or insurance representatives.

You will maintain ongoing communication with referring physicians and other sources of referrals.

Your responsibilities also encompass upholding the required clinical logs and checklists essential for ensuring clinic compliance with all applicable local and federal regulations.

  • All Physical Therapists must hold a valid license or be eligible for licensure in the state of application.
