As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in an interdisciplinary team focused on enhancing patient recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of patient care, supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy Technicians. You may also mentor new staff and students, stepping into supervisory roles as needed.
- Evaluate patient needs and initiate suitable physical therapy interventions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to uphold high standards of practice.
- Monitor and assess treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary, and communicating with physicians regarding patient progress.
- Conduct thorough assessments for each patient and perform regular evaluations in accordance with established protocols, ensuring quality improvement standards are met.
- Identify and address pain management issues that hinder patient participation in rehabilitation, implementing effective interventions and coordinating with physicians as required.
- Develop and refine individualized care plans tailored to each patient's rehabilitation goals.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the relevant state
- Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
