Job Summary:As a travel Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings. This is a 13-week contract position, working 40 hours per week, with a guaranteed 8-hour shift schedule.
Responsibilities:- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
