Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to:

Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of restroom facilities to align with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and uphold restroom hygiene, including but not limited to toilets, walls, urinals, stalls, floors, sinks, and windows, utilizing standard industrial cleaning equipment and supplies to meet company and USDA guidelines.
  2. Collect and dispose of any foreign materials from the restroom floors to maintain a sanitary environment.
  3. Regularly remove trash from restroom receptacles, replacing bags as needed to prevent overflow and minimize odors.
  4. Ensure all soap, paper towel, and toilet tissue dispensers are fully stocked at the start of each shift.
  5. Alert the cleaning team of any urgent cleaning needs that arise between scheduled rounds.
  6. Promptly inform Maintenance of any plumbing issues with toilets or sinks.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in reading, writing, mathematics, and analytical skills is essential.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Exposure to varying temperatures within the facility and to cleaning chemicals such as chlorine, bleach, acids, and industrial disinfectants is expected. Personal protective equipment must be worn as required.
