Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to key family members. The ideal candidate will be a skilled organizer, excellent communicator, and dependable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate calendars, manage contacts, attend zoom meetings, handle communications, maintain confidential files, and oversee expense reports.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize logistics, prepare board packets, and ensure timely dissemination of information.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning and execution of special projects, track progress, and provide research and analysis.
  • Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between family members and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Personal Assistance: Support household maintenance, personal errands, and coordinate personal events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with non-profit governance and operations.
  • Project management experience and skills.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is expected to be $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus plan.
