About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policy holders, answering their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from policy holders and provide them with information about their policies and benefits.
  • Handle multiple software systems and complex computer systems to efficiently process claims and enrollments.
  • Act as an advocate for policy holders through claims and billing issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow up with policy holders on pending issues and see them through to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and engaging personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in software systems and complex computer systems.
  • Positive attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Training and Onboarding:

We offer comprehensive training and onboarding program to ensure that our new hires are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training program includes:
