Business Development Associate

Overview
The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our referral network. This position requires a strong ability to build relationships, prospect new opportunities, and articulate the value proposition of ATI Physical Therapy.
Sales Territory:
The Business Development Associate will focus on the Baltimore, MD metropolitan area, with occasional local and regional travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Articulate the ATI value proposition and differentiators
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize Salesforce and MS Office to drive strong account and territory management
- Apply direct influencing or persuasive tactics to drive opportunity and results
- Achieve quarterly sales quota
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent in exercise science/physiology, sports/performance training, or kinesiology
- 1-2 years sales or healthcare experience with a proven track record of building rapport and creating relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to prospect new opportunities and sell benefits and value proposition
- Ability to problem solve and handle objections
