Weekend Residential Support Specialist

Hildebrand is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Assistant to join our team on a weekend shift. As a Residential Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the overall safety and well-being of residents by promoting a clean and harmonious living environment.
- Conduct regular room checks to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility, including the office area.
- Monitor and enforce community living rules, policies, and procedures.
- Support residents in developing and implementing re-housing plans to achieve independence and self-sufficiency.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and other activities to stay up-to-date on program functions and required skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in Human Services or Residential Program settings preferred.
- Ability to work well with clients, family members, and colleagues.
- Must be CPR/SFA certified within 30 days of hire.
- Bilingual Haitian Creole or Spanish preferred.
This is a 16-hour weekend position, Saturday and Sunday, 7 am - 3 pm. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
