In this vital position, you will provide critical support to the Office of Recruitment and Admissions team, ensuring seamless communication with students and families throughout the admissions process. Your expertise in navigating complex systems and resolving issues will make a significant impact on the success of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and families via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with academic program colleagues to ensure alignment with program requirements.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or higher required; 2+ years progressively responsible experience in Higher Education demonstrating administrative capabilities and skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and data records, with ability to utilize systems like Salesforce CRM, MPathways, Business Objects reporting, and Google.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, providing excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $53,000 per year.
