Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to assess, analyze, and document evaluations of communication resources and procedures related to fire alarm dispatch, fire department resources, staffing, training, and geographical distribution.
  • Water Supply Analysis: Evaluate water supply systems, including conducting hydraulic assessments to determine system capabilities.
  • Building Information Assessment: Gather and analyze building data to ensure compliance with PPC standards.
  • Field and Office Verifications: Conduct verifications both in the field and from the office, planning trips to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  • Community Hazard Mitigation Studies: Perform studies to establish community hazard mitigation ratings and prepare detailed reports in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings with local officials in small group settings and provide information or guidance as needed.
  • Customer Support: Offer on-site support for Verisk products as required.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior staff members as necessary.
  • Quality Maintenance: Uphold corporate standards for quality, timeliness, productivity, and customer service.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that CHM equipment and supplies are maintained according to company policies.
