Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at assigned locations
  • Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods
  • Operation of office equipment, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
