Position: Product Owner - Workflow and Transcoding Solutions

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, engineering teams, and stakeholders to craft pioneering products.
  • Serve as a bridge between technical and commercial domains to develop customer-centric products and services.
  • Guarantee the financial viability of products/services through thorough customer analysis and solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product deployment.

Main Duties

  • Make strategic decisions that align with organizational goals.
  • Work in close partnership with engineering and QA teams to fulfill market demands.
  • Evaluate customer and market requirements to outline product features and pricing strategies.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration for timely product rollouts.
  • Advocate for products through training sessions, client presentations, and industry events.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Management within the Broadcast and Media sector.
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics and metrics to track progress.
  • Understanding of video encoding technologies applicable to broadcast, VOD, and OTT.
  • Experience with hardware platforms and performance evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Workflow technologies and automated quality control applications.
  • Skilled in video editing software and Asset Management Systems.
  • Experience with Cloud computing platforms and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to navigate complex environments.
