Real Estate Team Leader

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our brokerage and drive growth through increasing agent count, market share, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the Network and Brokerage mission, vision, and values
- Consult top associates and business owners to increase productivity, retention, and leadership
- Lead the development of associates to maximize average income per associate
- Be the Steward of Brokerage profitability
- Lead the Executive Leadership Team/Staff in accomplishing Brokerage goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position
- Real estate industry knowledge, experience, and skill
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- People, leadership, management, and team-building skills
- Great at time management and organization
- Goal setting, planning, and accountability skills
What We Offer:
- $80,000 to $150,000 salary
- 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, referral program, relocation assistance
