Job SummaryWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN to join our team on a full-time basis, working weekends. As a Hospice RN, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Meet the healthcare needs of hospice patients through routine and as-needed visits
- Collaborate with the Hospice team, physicians, and community partners to deliver optimal care
- Triage emergent needs and work with physicians to provide comfort and quality care to each patient
- Communicate effectively with medical professionals, the Hospice team, and others
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Participate in in-service programs and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills
- Hospice experience preferred
- Texas Nursing License
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Strong and compassionate customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
