About the Role
The JobCertify team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support our Sales Manager and contribute to the success of our organization. This is a full-time position with an estimated hourly rate of $28-$38 based on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to agents and staff, including scheduling, promoting, and supporting agents individually and in group settings. You will also be involved in onboarding new and experienced agents, processing paperwork for agent departures and transfers, and maintaining all office purchasing/supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to agents and staff, including scheduling and promoting agents.
  • Onboard new and experienced agents, providing training and support as needed.
  • Process paperwork for agent departures and transfers.
  • Maintain all office purchasing/supplies.
  • Manage branch floor duty/opportunity schedules.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience in branch operations.
  • Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
