We're a dynamic and growing real estate company seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding experience to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company.
- Respond to incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries.
- Manage customer accounts and update information as necessary.
- Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team.
- Convert sales inquiries into appointments and qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction.
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- Competitive and winning attitude - Must want to be #1.
- Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate, and sell.
Compensation:
$85,000 Expected First-Year Earnings through commission.
