About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Accounting and Compliance Manager to join our finance department at Credo Semiconductor, Inc.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial reporting and technical accounting processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to collect information and input into SEC reports, and prepare support tie-out files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, schedules, and MD&A.
  • Coordinate with various personnel and departments to collect information and input into SEC reports, and prepare support tie-out files.
  • Participate in the coordination and preparation of quarterly reports, annual reports, and proxy statements, ensuring appropriateness of disclosures.
  • Coordinate the Disclosure Committee meeting and manage the SOX Section 302 and 906 sub-certifications process.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly SEC reporting calendar, coordinating with external auditors, executive, legal, compliance, and investor relations stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with third-party filing vendors to ensure accurate XBRL tagging and formatting for SEC filings.
  • Coordinate with internal and external groups to manage the SEC reporting process and meet periodic reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare EPS calculations and checklists, and ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Research and analyze new and existing accounting and reporting pronouncements, determining external disclosure requirements.
  • Manage communications with external auditors on financial statements and accounting issues.
  • Assist with Section 16 beneficial ownership form filings and identify opportunities for automation and efficient processes around SEC reporting.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of significant transactions for SEC disclosure purposes, and assist with the Company's ESG reporting.
  • Perform accounting assessments of new or modified leases and customer revenue contracts, and perform month-end and quarter-end revenue accounting analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certified Public Accountant required
