Credo Semiconductor, Inc. is seeking a skilled SEC Reporting and Compliance Specialist to strengthen our financial reporting process.

In this role, you will analyze and review financial statements, ensure compliance with SEC regulations, and coordinate with various departments to collect information and input into reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Statement Review: Analyze and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including financial statements, footnotes, schedules, and MD&A.
  • Reporting Process Coordination: Coordinate with personnel and departments to collect information and input into reports; coordinate, review, and collect comments on drafts; prepare support tie-out files; verify disclosure appropriateness.
  • Reporting Calendar Management: Prepare and manage quarterly SEC reporting calendar, coordinating with external auditors, executive, legal, compliance, and investor relations stakeholders, and monitor progress against the reporting calendar.
  • XBRL Tagging and Formatting: Coordinate with third-party filing vendors to ensure accurate XBRL tagging and formatting for SEC filings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including Big 4 public accounting experience and SEC reporting experience with a publicly traded company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements.
