  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and service.
  • Review menus and analyze recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
