Role Description

The Franchise Development division is crucial in expanding our franchise brands. By engaging with potential leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and facilitating a seamless transition to successful franchise ownership, we drive growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new lead opportunities for our Franchise Development division.
  • Engage with trade show leads for Franchise Development and schedule Discovery Day tours.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional Vice Presidents to ensure a consistent flow of quality leads.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge about each of our franchises and the various departments within the organization.
Qualifications

Essential qualifications for this business development position include:

  • Proficiency in computer applications is necessary.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or a passion for customer interaction is preferred.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly strong telephone skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and business.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, driven, competitive, and committed to achieving objectives.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
