Job Overview

As a Surgical Tech with Sunbelt Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma OR setting in Galveston, TX. This travel position requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in surgical technology and the ability to scrub general, urology, gynecology, ENT, plastics, ortho, and neuro cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and other medical professionals during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments
  • Monitor and maintain aseptic conditions in the operating room
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
Requirements
  • 2 years of recent experience in a Level 1 Trauma OR setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • BLS certification required
  • NBSTSA certification
