Job Summary

As a Medical Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Manage patient registration processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule appointments effectively, coordinating with physicians and patients.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless patient flow.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and requests.
  • Contribute to the practice's revenue cycle by processing payments and handling product/service sales.
Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • Proven experience in a medical or dental front desk role.
  • Proficiency in using computers and electronic health record (EHR) software.

Education and Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
