Position Overview

The Connecticut Institute For Communities, Inc. is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as part-time or full-time Aquatic Safety Officers.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety of all patrons within the aquatic facility. This includes:

  • Maintaining vigilant surveillance of individuals in the water.
  • Responding promptly and effectively to any emergencies that may arise.
  • Providing immediate care and assistance until professional medical help arrives.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Hold a valid lifeguard certification.
  • Be current in CPR and First Aid training.
