Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Classified Video Teleconferencing Specialist to support our operations at a prominent organization.

**U.S. Citizenship is required.**

**Candidates must hold an active Secret Security Clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily functions of classified video teleconferencing services utilizing the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) to assist various programs and sponsors across multiple secure facilities.
  • Coordinate and organize video teleconferencing meetings as requested by users and sponsors.
  • Establish connections to external sites as required.
  • Act as the main point of contact for reporting service disruptions to both service providers and users.
  • Manage the classified environments designated for video teleconferencing services.
  • Support the processing of Department of Defense message traffic, including Command and Control Office Information Exchange (C2OIX).

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with classified video teleconferencing systems or related technologies (e.g., Cisco equipment).
  • Experience in information technology or cybersecurity, particularly with networking principles and configurations.
  • Exceptional customer service and teamwork abilities, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a current DoD 8140 certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP).
  • Familiarity with DISA Global Video Services (GVS) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
  • Self-motivated and capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment, primarily in a classified setting.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in enhancing automation through tools like ServiceNow.
  • Willingness to be available for occasional after-hours support related to classified video teleconferencing operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of DoD cybersecurity protocols and policies, including the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Experience in administering video teleconferencing equipment using Cisco Telepresence Management Suite (TMS).
  • Demonstrated experience working in classified environments such as SIPRNET.
  • Prior experience in delivering customer service within a video teleconferencing context, including administering VTCs and completing relevant technical training.
