Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales and Business Developer to join our team at AmericannMade, a leading vertically integrated cannabis company in California. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to grow their career while contributing to the success of our innovative company.

With three cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing facilities, as well as six retail locations throughout Southern California, we take pride in being a true farm-to-head cannabis company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new potential accounts daily to meet the weekly sales goal.
  • Develop strong relationships with new accounts through email, cold calls, and in-person visits.
  • This is a self-employed independent contractor position, earning a 3% commission on sales.
  • Stay updated on new products and educate clients on these offerings through provided marketing materials and in-store training.
  • Distribute marketing collateral consistently throughout the defined territory.
  • Update CRM with client interactions, needs, and sales orders.
  • Maintain and build brand awareness with current and new accounts.
  • Participate in internal sales calls.
  • Stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities for company growth.
  • Closely collaborate with Sales Management to ensure successful planning, development, and execution of your sales strategy plan to achieve personal and company sales goals.
  • Fully comply with state, local, and company rules and regulations.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
