Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Psychology Instructor to join our team at the State of South Carolina. As an Adjunct Psychology Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching psychology courses to students at our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality instruction in psychology courses, including lectures, discussions, and assessments.
  • Prepare and distribute course syllabi, grading policies, and other relevant materials to students.
  • Assess student learning and provide timely feedback to students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional meetings and activities.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Psychology or a related field with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in Psychology.
  • Experience in teaching psychology courses at the post-secondary level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
